About The Event
The 2026 MCA Coaches Conference is a one-day cheer experience open to current cheer coaches, aspiring coaches, and junior and senior athletes who serve as captains or are interested in coaching.
Sessions are organized into three tracks you can mix and match throughout the day:
Command (Leadership) – Decision-making, program management, team culture, and communication.
Performance (Skills/Stunting/Tumbling) – Technique, skill progression, and athlete development.
Readiness (Safety/Athlete Care) – Injury prevention, athlete wellness, and coaching through crises.
Attendees will gain practical tools, leadership strategies, and safety practices while exploring stunting, tumbling, skill progression, program building, and real-world coaching challenges.
Whether you’re leading a team now or preparing to lead in the future, the conference provides knowledge, connections, and strategies to help you and your athletes succeed.
